In 2018, I started Career Safari to amplify the voices of some of the most remarkable women I had the honor of meeting. I found myself in deep conversations with women about the challenges of being a working woman in this world. Those conversations gave me motivation when I didn't have it within myself-- and I wanted to give their stories a platform.

More than ever, I believe our stories matter. They don’t just inspire; they shape policies, broaden perspectives, and encourage others to take action. Our stories are a powerful force in building a more inclusive and equitable world. That’s the heart of what I strive for.

 

Since 2018, Career Safari has grown beyond what I imagined. We’ve shared our message at conferences, with companies, and in so many incredible spaces. But our mission has never wavered.
